On the weekend of July 28th, 109 players battled the heat and the quick greens at the Santee Cooper Country Club's Summer Invitational Tournament.  Players were flighted into 9 flights(5 senior and 4 regular).  The event is an annual event, this year the event was dedicated to the passing of a local favorite, past champion and friend Bubba Hightower. The highlights included a new Senior Champion and a defense of the title by the overall champion. Please see winners below.
