The fifth match of the year was played on an unusually hot day on Monday, April 2, 2012. The heat was reflected in the scores as a number of players posted very good rounds. Miler, the home club, used their local knowledge to come in first place with 27 points. Wescott was second with 21, Shadowmoss third with 19 and Dunes West fourth with 17. The remaining scores were: Crowfield and Legend Oaks both with 15, Pine Forest and Stono Ferry 7, Charleston National -4, Berkeley -6, Coosaw Creek -7, Charleston Municipal and Rivertowne with -8.

The top individual score was Tom Boyer of Dunes West who had 13 points, followed by Pete Carroll of Wescott with 12. Five players tied for third with 9 points.
